Frequently-Asked Questions and Answers regarding GuliKit Switch Dock

Q: Why there is no signal output to TV?
A: 1. Please first check if your power adapter supports PD protocol or not with 15V/2.6A or above. It is recommended to use Switch original power adapter.
    2. Please check if the right HDMI input is selected in your TV setting.
    3. GuliKit dock does not support other protective cases on Switch (except GuliKit protective case for Switch.) Please remove protective case before you use.

Q: There is display on TV,but Switch has power drop on this dock?
A:  1.GuliKit dock support TV mode under 5V power supply,while the original dock can not support. If it is 5V power supply from your power adapter or power bank to GuliKit dock,
     there is display on TV,but Switch can not recharged at the same time,which causes power drop. It is recommended to use Switch original power adapter or power adapter with 15V/2.6A, your Switch will be well recharged with no power drop.
